Very nice and comfortable room. Location was great for sightseeing, walking to restaurants and markets.

The first morning we were there, problems with the elevator. We had to walk from 9th to ground floor. We asked to be moved to a lower floor and were.

A nice 3 star hotel in a good location

We really like the location which was closed to many main attractions, good restaurant and shopping centres. The room was spacious and clean just that there was always a smell from the toilet sewage, The shower was great and the handle was good to help us get into the bathtub safely. We appreciate that the breakfast menu changed everyday when we were there. The staff especially the bell boy were helpful.

I told the staff it was my daughter's birthday but no any response. I guess I could not expect a 3 star hotel to do anything special. The smell from the toilet sewage was quite disturbing if not I would say our stay was satisfactory.

The hotel does not provide for additional card keys even though I have 3 pax to a room. In addition, they also do not have extra pillow when requested.

Good location; good room size and comfortable; hot water; supportive staff.

fairly central location; friendly, helpful and professional staff; room quiet, large and clean; air conditioner was easy to adjust and worked well; breakfast could be more elaborated in terms of good choices

Being in a tropical zone and being surrounded by fruit markets, I would at least expect a real fruit juices for breakfast instead of FANTA. Also, choices of fruits rather limited; same is true for bread; the Pho soup was inadequate. International news TV channels selection limited.

Good for a short stay. Nothing fancy.

The location cannot be beat. Close to all tourist things.

We had a late check out, but the hotel could not accommodate and asked us to pay for the cheapest room. We spent 30 mins in that room to shower before we left for the airport. And the room cost $40. Expensive 30 mins.

Location was amazing, staff was superb. Comfortable stay in heart of district 1 with everything within walking distance.

The room had a kettle but no tea/coffee. The bathroom shower curtain gets wet and dirty.

if i will go to Ho Chi Minh next time, I will stay in Bon Ami 100%

everything was great. we've came in the morning with 3 kids and we were check-in immideatly in comfort deluxe room. location is perfect - just in 20 min to any interesting place, i think. Staff is very kind.

We had a comfortable stay, everything was a breeze.

It’s close to most tourist spots like Ben Thanh, Opera House, Union Square, as well as shopping centers like Saigon Center. The hotel is a no frills hotel but comes with a breakfast. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Check in was very quick and early check ins were allowed at no additional cost.

I can only think of the smell of smoke on our floor. I suppose it was a smoking area.

Very Good

Great location with comfortable beds. Wifi was good and the shower was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room facilities weren't the best, tv tricky to use, and window leaked a little. Breakfast was ok.

I have stayed in 6 different hotels in Saigon, this was by far the best in terms of quiet comfort, cleanliness and locat

location was excellent, no noise at night, room was spacious and comfortable

the steep steps up to the entrance were a challenge for my 81 yr old parents

Staffs are friendly they are all nice, My stay is good only the noise are problem

Location is good near to all places i want to go with, room is clean, breakfast have, friendly staff, nice lobby

but i can hear all the noise from the street and the rooms near to me, i cant sleep, there's no coffee in the room, breakfast only few choices and repeat the next day, no extra key if you book two person
